Dash Question Phase 1car Phase 2 Dash Fitting?

hey there was wondering does any body know if a phase 2 dash will go in too phase 1 car will i need too change the heater materix? many thanks rob

dont believe so, but why change the dash? Ph1's are getting hard to find in good condition, why not buy a Ph 1.5 and save yourself the hassle.

I converted a phase 1 dash to phase 2 about 8 years ago. I threw out all the phase 1 dash parts thinking they would never be worth anything. You will need to change the heater system over to the later type. Also you need to rewire some of the switches. All the dash parts swapped over without any modifications.
