hi every one i have a 205 rallye as my every day car and a mi 16 205 for fun.

been looking to get more power from the rallye. so bought a 106gti for much cheapness

so looking for some info make sure i have thought of everything

here goes

unlock 106 gti ECU(disconnect ecu while running)?

ive a 205 1.6 gti tank(or would a facet fuel pump be better)

new fuel lines

fit rallye rear mount to block

buff down rallye mount at t/belt side

join 4 branch to 205 frt pipe

leave the n/s diff seal out by 3mm

had look at wiring doesnt look to bad(i say that now) :)

any info and help would be app.

hi again ive just been offered a miltek turbo manifold, garret gt17 turbo and front mount intercooler for this engine

(never been fitted)

has any one seen or carried out this set up

would i be safe running low boost with uprated head gasket or would i need internals

also what ecu mapping should be used

and does any one know of a decent mapper in scotland that could be trusted.

cheers richard

Cant offer any advice I'm afraid but I'll be watching this one with interest. I've just picked up a 106 GTi engine and I'm thinging about dropping it into a 'base' model 205. So keep us posted!
