Where Can I Get A New Master Cylinder?

As above need one for my 205 gti non abs model! been let down by my local parts dealer so need one urgent and im unsure where to look!!

Just been on the gsf website but unsure which one to buy as theres 3 different ones listed!! does anyone have the part number i require for a 1.9 gti non abs model??

You need a 20.6mm MC for a GTi - non-GTi's use a smaller 19mm item.

 

1.6's are 3-outlet and 1.9's 4-outlet, but almost all MC's come as 4-outlet and you just blank off the unused port on a 1.6

...and make sure you ask for a Bendix part. By default they will sell you a crappy pattern part. The Bendix one isn't much more but isn't made of swarf and soap.

Had a look on the gsf website but its a bit confusing tbh! are the 205 ones the same as 106's

Phone them - their website is rubbish. Who knows what you'd end up getting.

i agree with the website comment, i work for ECP our website is crap, but our actuall look up system is second to done, we have pug epc, and others,

Got one today from euro car parts after a bit of a nightmare trying to get hold of them! 51 quid posted for a bendix item! cheers for all the help folks
