Guaging Interest - Car Storage

I've taken a shared lease with a mate on an industrial unit in Crewe with a huge car park and locked security perimiter etc and may be offering car/ engine storage on an ad hoc basis so no 6 month contracts BS etc.

 

Depending on what space is available would this be useful to anyone?

 

I would not be offering insurance or anything more just to help people out so cars would be left at owners risk.

 

I think £5 per week outside or £10 inside would be a fair price but all is pending lease agreement and a few other bits and bobs.

Remer street mate next to harrisons fruit and veg stores 100 yards towards town from the skoda garage- it's massive with a valeter in the end unit lol.

You may want to clarify whether it is storage or a workshop as access to the two is different. Does sound a good idea though. I would also consider offering caravan storage to people if the carpark is massive in order to make some cash (not that there will be many caravaners here... try the 405 forum!!)

You can get drunk, buy a car on ebay and at least when you wake up with a hangover you'll have some place where it can gather moss before you sell it again on ebay as an 'unfinished project'
