Should my spray bar for the camshaft have a set of o-rings fitted, ifso will this be causing the oil to leak through the rocker cover bolts.

Cheers Dave

they do have o rings, but wouldn't of thought it would cause oil leaks through the bolts

i'd be more worried of the spray bar not sealing properly and lubing the camshaft journels

i tend to fit m6 fibre washers with a little silicone for the rocker cover bolts. DON'T OVER-TIGHTEN!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply it has no o-rings fitted at the moment and all i can think its spraying oil out of the gap between the the bar and the camshaft cap causing it to leak through the fibre washer. I have used a tourque wrench to tighten the rocker cover. But will give the silcone on the washers a go after i go and get some o-rings.

Cheers Dave
