locosaki 0 Posted May 27, 2010 Apparantly I have a caliper to wheel clearance issue ! I had my 205 in for an mot today and the tester reckons the caliper to wheel clearance is very close. I've got AP calipers and 1900gti wheels. The clearance is aprrox 1mm at the moment. I've had a look for hubcentric spacers and the only ones I can see are 15mm. Can I get away with running spacers on the front only or would this likely have handling issues ? Would the front be noticeably wider than the back ? Need to be hubcentric spacers as my track wheels are C5 and I tried them tonight and they don't clear at all !!
lemmingzappa 75 1 Cars Posted May 27, 2010 It will be visually noticeable, I didn't notice much difference handling wise with spacers just on the front/back/both. These are the 20mm ones I was using: Delta Mics
oz. 2 Posted May 27, 2010 10/15mm spacers will be like having 309 wishbones without the added camber
