Oil Breather Question

Hi

just a quick question, should the rocker cover breather blow oil if removed. seem to have a little bit of pressure built up. I got covered lol

Does any one have a diagram as to the route of the breather pipes?

engine is an xuj9 1.9 gti

Its a complete rebuild, I forgot the correct configuration to the pipes

Yes it will blow oil out if it is removed or split, I've had this on both rebuilt and knackered engines.

thanks for the reply. Very helpful, can pump worrying about it now. Must be why its linked in to the lower part of the filler pipe. My concern now is if it could pop off on a rally stage? May have to make a solid connection for it. Cheers
