Anyone Running Pas On Their 205 Mi16

As title.

Is there any clearence issues running the pump from the original Mi16 location of the gearbox? I have the setup from a diesel 205 with the pump on the gearbox running of the cam. The 405 Mi16 uses the same position so the cam/pulley line up correct. It's just clearence from the pump to the bulkhead I'm concered about. I don't want to go to all the bother of stripping the non pas off my 205 Mi to find out it won't fit right.

 

 

Anyone know if has enough room.

It fits fine, It's what I've got on mine.

Happy days. I'll start removing the subframe tomorrow night then. Make everything a bit easier.

 

I've also noticed the return feed from the pas rack runs through a metal pipe down under the car and back up to the pas tank.. For cooling I assume.. I was just gonna cut this bit out and shorten the pipe to run striaght from the rack to the tank. Will this be ok.
