Central Locking And Electric Window Problem

Hey folks just finished my gti6 conversion in my 205 and before i carried out the conversion the central locking worked off my toad alarm key fob but no longer works!! the electric windows no longer work either!! is it a blown fuse? there was a yellow box fuse that was lying around the floor area underneath the dash but im unsure where this would go!! my central locking black box is plugged in
