Before Or After?

is the oil pressure sensor found before or after the oil filter?

*edit*

also does the oil filter, filter the oil before the oil is pressured through the crankshaft or just the oil pumped to the head?

Thanks

Aaron

I would certainly hope the filter filters all the oil :ph34r: it should be the first thing the oil passes through after the pump's picked it up?

I would suspect from it's location that the pressure sensor is post-filter in one of the gallerys that crosses the front of the block and feeds the crank, but that's just purely a guess.

its after the oil filter of course!

oil flow is the following:

sump -> pump -> filter -> block -> crank + head
