Repairing Nick In Rubber/ Foam Dash?

Recommended Posts

AJA_GTi

Hi folks - there is a nick in my dash that needs to be glued. All of the vinyl/ foam rubber is still there - it just needs sticking down.

Does anyone know the best glue to stick it down as seamlessly as possible. The last thing I want to do is make a 'horlics' of it

It's only the size as a finger nail but is quite prominent so needs to be done really.

Thanks,

possibly some sort of fabric glue maybe,

worth a try sure you will find something on there though.

Thanks for this mate - I just picked up some rubber glue stuff from halfrauds and I have done a half decent job. Good enough to take your eye off it sort of thing. :)
