Crack On Body Near Tunnel

At the front on the car where the tunnel begins at the bulkhead there is a crack forming.

 

Looking from the inside there appears to be a seem running along with a bead of sealer about 2 wide.

 

The seam is just below where the steering column runs through,The crack is approx 2" either side of the tunnel !

 

Is this something to worry about ??

Is it a crack in the metal, of where two parts of the bodywork have come apart?

Possibly where the two body parts have come apart,It's not to drastic as of yet

It's probably just the seam sealer that has cracked, I wouldn't worry about it.

get a picture up, we'll be able to tell you for certain what it is and how serious it it strait away. and advise on the best fix for it too.

Ive had a couple start to split along there when building rally cars, so have cleaned off the seam sealer and seam welded along there to strenthen it.
