Does Anyone Know The Correct Torque Please?

Does anyone know the correct torque for the pressure plate bolts for the parts stated above?

 

Which bolts shall I use ? The m8 allen key bolts, or the m8 hex bolts? Don't think it really matters but answers are much appreciated,
