Gear Linkage...replacement, Where?

Hi, i have 205 gti with a gti 6 engine and an s16 box. My gear linkage keeps popping off, not the ones attatching to the box itself, criss crossing over, its the long bar that connects the gear stick to the gear linkage system. So its just the one long bar, but i don't know where to get one from? Can anyone help pleeeease?
