Passenger Bloody Door.

im currently trying to get into the passenger door as over night it wouldnt open with the key and handle. i have the door panal off but fail to see whats wrong.

 

maybe someone with this problem before may help me. heres the symptons,

 

1. the key turns the lock back and forth no problem with the usuall feel and resistance

2. the pin inside the door for locking/unlocking inside wont go up/down manually and feels tight

3. the lever to open the door inside has no resistance to feel as if its connected but it moves the wire bar along to the lock side back and forth.

 

any ide4s guys before my father ends up breaking something trying to sort it.

 

i need the door open for to get the wing off aswell so i can get the front fabricated. knightmare

Try a search mate, this is a common problem that can be sorted with a can of WD40.

yeah it feels as if the door is still in (lock mode) when you try the handle inside to open the door and try the handle outside the pin inside wont budge either way.

really stuck on it, everything is all connected from what i see inside the door for to operate it.
