Gti 6 Mounting Points

I have a Mi16 engine fitted to my 205 at the minute but it started smoking and rattling quite badly !!

 

Anyway I have a GTI6 bottom end but it doesn't have the top mountain on it.

 

I take it the block mountings are different between the 2,My 6 enigne is sitting a few miles away so I cannot compare at the minute.

If your mi is an alloy block then the top mount wont fit the gti6. if it is a steel blocked mi then yes it will fit!

 

Im sure that right but just wait for someone to confirm!
