Depends on the combination you have - Not much detail here. If it's torque you're after, start with the 1360cc block.

i have lots off combinations i just want to no which would be best

alloy or iron i have both?

what head and cam would be the best option to use with the 1360 block,

forgot to mention it will be fuelled by weber twinchokes which i think will be capable off plenty cause there off a talbot sunbeam if anything i rekon they will be too much

cheers

Rule of thumb is; more CC = more torque, higher revs = short stroke (which in turn means less CC). So there is really no golden way to do this. But a 1360 will still be a rev happy engine when balanced. Its still a small engine.

if you use the euro rallye head you will be better of bigger ports its the TU2A (and has two double barrel solex 40 )

This seems the ideal place to ask a question, rather than start another new topic.

I've just purchased a spare TU3S engine for my XS, the engine has a knock, but I'm not sure what's causing it until I strip it down ready for a re build.

My question is, will a 1100 TU crank fit and work in the 1360? if the 1360 one needs a regrind, as it'll be cheaper for me to take that route rather than spend money on a regrind. Freeing my cash for other bits.

Cheers!

I doubt it will, you'd be best off looking for another TU3 crank.
