pug_ham 243 3 Cars Posted May 8, 2010 You might benefit from at least a GTI sized master cylinder imo. The hdi has 54mm piston calipers where the 205 GTI (& XS afaik) has 48mm pistons so your pedal will be longer but tbh an XS will have plenty good enough brakes with standard sized GTI vented discs & calipers (which will bolt straight on).
