Recommended Posts

going to start on the shell rennovation (underside) tomorrow and just wanted to check the order of things! Is it as follows

1. Strip underseal with wire brush attachment/heat gun.scraper.#

2. Treat rust with krust. (most will be removed hopefully!)

3. Etch prime bare metal.

4. Seam seal

5. Stonechip application.

Is this the correct order of things?

You might have to do a bit of welding if you find any holes! :P

Should be ok, it just seem to be surface rust on the edges but is the rest ok in terms of order?
