Pipe Under Throttle Housing With No Tube On It

as above right below the throttle housing theres 3 pipes one has no pipe on it the other 2 have ,,,,one pipe goes to the coolant header tank the other goes to the themostat housing but the 3rd has no pipe on it,, should it , or is it for vacumm advance models,,

two large ones are for stopping the TB butterfly from freezing up (pointless in UK really) = coolant

 

small one is for the vac advance unit. = air

Didnt think cat modules, have a vac advance?, Should it be blocked off? There no pipe on the dizzy?

well i stuck a pipe on and sucked and its not blocked , so best block it then eh?or should it be left open or is it so small to be no big deal anyways ?
