Slicks On Front, Road Tyres On Back

Recommended Posts

MrG

Saturday at Marham, this guy was doing the large 'bend' (double apex so always a pig to get right) before the long straight when as he said, the back went, he tried to correct the front dug in and he was over, it rolled about 2 times before coming to rest on its side. People inside were fine but the car wasn't so.

It looked like it had std suspension although I couldn't say it had or not but it was an ex GpN rally car from the skoda rally series. But it leaned a hell of lot when I was following earlier

Anyhow would the fact that he ran slicks up front and std road tyres at the rear have been the cause or not helped at all?
