Fitting Gti 1.9 Subframe To Base Model Xs Shell

hi, i road rally a 205 xs, and am about to swap over the subframe for the 1.9 gti wishbone type. has anyone done this? and are there any problems? i am aware that i have to source gti struts for the arb mount, but what about the gear linkage? i also have 309 gti bottom arms to go on it.

where are thicker ARBs sourced? if i need one.

does any one also know where i can get a quick rack from?
