Exhaust Manifold

Just gone through my big box of bits and noticed the manifold is cracked. Is it worth going for a four branch on a standard engine or going for the a second hand cast crapper.

If you recomend the four branch what one would you go for?

I'd just go hunting in a scrapyard for the best standard item you can find, they are the same on the 2.0 8v engine so in plentiful supply.

 

on an 8 valve also its important to have a decent Phase 2 system that incorporates the divider, it turns the system into a 4-2-1, and Phase 2 systems are larger bore.
