Mi16 Engine Rattle

When in 4/5 gear at about 3000rpm there appears to be a destict rattling noise,Nothing to hear before that and nothing evident at idle.

 

Not to sure above 3000rpm as things start to get a little noisy !!

 

Also today,I'm sure I heard a knocking/rattling noise when going round a bend today relativily hard ?

 

Oil pressure is all good(bottom end was rebuilt 500 miles ago)

 

Is this a possible lifter issue ?

 

Could it be the spray bar that sits in the head ?

 

I don't think it's bottem end related at all but you never know !!

My mi16 manifold was blowing making a rattling noise and even the mechanics at my friends garage thought it was tappets. hopefuly its just something like this. good luck.
