I haven't checked your part number but the metal clips have been unavailable from Peugeot for some time.

There's a guy on Ebay has them as part of a kit, as do Autofive I believe.

 

Not cheap though.

 

 

Servicebox seems to use hog ring to mean all sorts of different bits from what I've seen in the past on there.

Peugeot use the term hog ring for anything that they cannot be bothered to name You'll find that this happens to be most of their old parts. Half the parts are obscurely named, and the other half are hog rings
