Best Way To Seperate Front (coloured Part) From Rear (black Part) Of G

As above really, I need to seperate a grille so the front part can be sprayed.

I don't want to butcher the securing tabs if at all possible but is there a way round it?

It looks very trickly though. Any ideas chaps?

IIRC its held with black plastic clips, some long nose pliars do the job, press either side and gently lever it off, just be patient and you should be able to remove it without breaking any.

You kind of twist and push at the clips to get them to release, I found my bent long nose pliers were ideal for the job, otherwise straight long nosed pliers will probably do the trick as well.

i had no patience n i ripped the damn things off, the first few i managed to keep intact with long nosee pliers and a screwdriver.
