Aftermarket Manifolds For 1.9?

Inlet manifold or exhaust manifold?

 

I'll assume exhaust. The Magnex 4-2-1 is popular and been around for years. Maniflow can fabricate one or Miles on here can supply his own spec.

I take it your talking exhaust, in which case i wouldnt bother, more hassle than their worth imo, unless its a tuned lump, where you would see a small benefit.

Yea sorry its exhaust manifold i mean,car has 155bhp 1.9 8v

In which case you would benefit from having one, but i wouldnt bother with the magnex item as the quality is poor, the knuckle joints go on them and the welds crack. I think there is an Iresa (sp) manifold available, although not used this myself, and also there were some being sold on ebay as new items which members have fitted, cant remember the make, i remember a thred a while back, so worth a search.
