Identify The Sump.

Both are trapdoor GTi-6 type, just one has the large section on the right hand side.

Top left is a XU10J4R and 8v Turbo type sump fitted to huge amounts of 06's, the other one is the earlier S16 type etc, type depends on if they have the oil temp hole threaded

 

The Later sump has 2 extra bolts for the Gearbox which makes the hole lot stiffer
