sorry about how ive uploaded the pics but when i put them all in one reply it wouldnt let me doit.

i had to do quite abit of filling and sanding as one of the bars sunk whilst the glue was drying and when its set its rock solid, so had to level over and sand abit down.

I've got two grills ready for this treatment, in Miami blue too (fancy saving me some hassle and give me yours :D )

Are you leaving the centre section intact? iirc, taking this out, weekens the bars and leaves them prone to cracking, espically if they're packed with filler. How about just painting the remains of the badge section in black to disquise it?

Excuse my ramblings, grill looks tops btw, any pics of it back on the car?

Looking good there, paint the middle part black and put your number plate on the bumper and that will be even better.... :D

Matt black electrical does the job and is far less messy than paint

Sounds like a good idea using electrical tape rather than painting it thanks, and I think I will move my numberplate back to where it should be on the bumper.
