Lambda Sensor Wires

hi discovered one of the white wires was broke so rejoined it but somehow unplugged both connectors so im wondering if i put them to the right ones? ive got the whites going to the wires coloured orange and yellow and green is this ok ?

someone told me theyre to heat the lambda up ,i didnt notice any difference when i,d mended the broken one ,,,, cheers
