Arb Question

Recommended Posts

sam jfm

I spent yesterday at curbrough sprint course, started the day with pts tar shocks F&R, tar springs on the front, standard front ARB. on the back 22mm TB'S and a 24mm ARB.

It was dry.

Now to say it was tail happy would be an understatement, it was constantly twitchy when cornering - so i disconnected the ARB and tried again and it was a mile better but a little soft.

Just had a look at some other set-ups and they seem to be running stiffer set-ups than me and not having problems??

so my question is: Is there some reason for my bum happy car or is it just that i dont like it like that? and can you suggest another size tb that would be better suited?

TA!

I had a 24mm rear arb with standard tbs and standard front springs, and also found the rear end twitchy so i fitted a 309 front arb and hey normal (with less body roll) handling resumed
