Exhaust Mount Repairs - Possible?

Is it possible to have the metal mount bar rewelding onto an exhausts system? I had a weird knocking noise from the back of the car, jacked it up and the middle mount from the exhaust system is half missing so can't reach the rubber mount.

 

If a repair is possible how much should I be looking at?

I would have htaught a chunk of metal and a welder should sort your problem...most local garages should have a welder (pretty much all) shouldnt be very expensive at-all...unless you have a mate with awelder...then much cheaper and easier!
