More Indicator Trouble

The indicators did not work at all this morning, with a high pitch screeching noise coing from aound the fusebox area in the glove box. There was also faint smell of burning smell, so I instantly stopped. Is there an indicator relay in that area? e.g. from the usual indicator clicking noise. I am off on holiday now for a few days so will not be looking at it until Tuesday. The car drove fine.

 

I have tried a search but no real help, thanks in advance.
