Hi,

 

Probably been asked a few times so apologies, but i have searched.

 

But where do you all get your data from is it available to download somewhere? as haynes dont seem to cover this engine.

 

I mainly need cam cap torques as I did find head bolt torque. but all the data in one place would be great.

most of the data in that respect is the same as the RFY engine from the 306 S16 ZX16v, PH2 405 Mi16 and early 16v Xantia VSX
