Mi Thermostat Housing Gasket

Have conducted a search, read through Dr Sartys part number reference guide, and checked down my local pug dealer, but cant find a part number for the gasket between the thermostat housing and the head. Is this because there is no such part and I have to use sealant?

no part listed or used afaik, so just sealant used

 

same goes for the later 8v XU engines, no gasket was used post 1991 it seems.

The later 8v (& those on coilpacks) use the same gasket to mount between the thermostat housing & head 1340.08 as the early ones.

 

Mi doesn't show a gasket though.
