Need Help!

Help,

 

Started the Pug for the 6th time in 2 days, went to the petrol station as its been sat for 3 months with lo fuel, when I was about to leve the petrol station, it took ages to start (a good 20 seconds when befor it fired with in a second) i thought ok, get it back to the garage.

 

I stalled the car before getting to the ramp and now it refuses to start at all,

 

Multimeterd the AFM and its sending a signle, and changed the Tech relay for a known working sprare.

 

Things done befor the drive. Changed the exhust, and lower engine mount.

 

any help would apriciated

and its fixed, all im going to say is i hate the top of the coil pack. the crimps suck balls
