Wes 86 1 Cars Posted March 27, 2010 hi i am in the process of swapping my front suspension. i have got new gti6 bilstein dampers and eibach springs. i ordered droplinks from ecp but they have a bigger thread than the ones that are currently fitted to the car, so they dont fit into the hole on the shock. is it ok to just drill it out to the right size or should i try and get the droplinks with the right size thread. i assume i will have the same problem on the arb end as i haven't checked yet.
