Dizzy Query

Hey people I plan on replacing the dizzy cap and rotor arm but someone at work who has had alittle experience with 205s reckons I should replace a capacitor that is somewhere around dizzy, I presume he means that black type box that sits underneath actual distributor, is this right?

Just the dizzy cap and arm is fine, together with HT leads and sparkplugs if required.
