Aftermaket Sensor Supply

Anyone suggest a good source of temperature and pressure senders? I'm running a little project to make my own OLED dashboard, and I'll need some suitable (5v) senders to measure things like oil temperature and pressure, fuel pressure, etc.

 

I've found some Magneti Marelli units from www.mmcompsys.com - the temperature ones aren't bad at £24+vat a pop, but for decent pressure ones it seems £80+ is the norm. Obviously there's no point having ones that aren't accurate, but I need them to be linear or have a well-published scale of voltage/resistance so I can program the dash accordingly.

 

These don't have to be Pug sensors, of course. I'm not looking for mega accuracy - probably up to 5% accuracy would be acceptable. I don't really want to go through a calibration process with every sensor fitted, so I'm after a known/documented sensor spec. Any electronics gurus out there with any good links/sources ?
