Compatible Heads

Hello everybody!

 

So, my little devil needs a new camshaft or maybe the wholehead. Which are compatible without loosing any performance?

 

Do only cams from 1.9 fits, without performance decrase?

If you can get the full head from either a later 115bhp (B6D) 1.6 GTI or 1.9 GTI you should see a slight increase in power due to the larger valves etc taking it to the 115bhp engine spec.

 

I think the cams would swap straight across but fitting the whole newer head is a better plan imo.
