Brake Line Pressure

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know what the line pressures should be around for the rear wheels?

I'm get 20 psi at the end of the line (basically at the caliper) but the hydraulic handbrake will not lock the rear wheels.

It's using a 5/8's master

From memory the line from the front master is at the front of the cylinder (closest to the leaver) and the rear brake line is at the rear of the master.

I've got a wilwood bias valve before the handbrake.

Thats all good i have no idea about that... I didn't install the handbrake, it was the previous owner that did.

I've just called the workshop thats got the car at the moment and i do have it setup correctly with the line from the front going to the rear port and the line to the rear brakes going exiting from the front port, just my memory failed me on that one.

Fiddle brakes?

Seperate hydraulic handbrake for each wheel.
