Gearbox Oil?

I want to change the gearbox oil its a 1.6 box as changes into 3rd and 4th are quite notchy at times it was fitted with the following too quickshift gear linkages with non pop off rods its more noticeable if you try changing gear quick, do you think an oil change is worth doing? if so what oil?

I think a gearbox oil change is worth doing, it may not clear the problem but your car could well be running its original oil so its worth changing

 

I use Total BV oil and buy it from main dealer as i have today

 

Its gone up in price since last time its now £9.18 +VAT unless you get discount then its £7.80
