Anti Roll Bar, I Think I Put It Wrong Way Round?

I have been trying to find a picture of arb fitted corectly.

 

Has anyone got a picture?

Does the bend on the bar goes up or down?

 

I can't remember at all??

the bulge goes on the Left hand side of the vehicle;

It's obvious enough if you look under the car - the bend should align with the exhaust, otherwise there's sod-all clearance there...

The bushes are different colours for each side so that should tell you what way it fits.

 

Blue on right & orange on left iirc.

quite probable, specially if aftermarket, graham described the standard 205 gti bushes.

309 bushes are a larger size & iirc either dark grey & black or both black when they were available.

 

For 205 bushes, aftermarket ones probably cost more for an inferior bush as well.

 

Both 205 bushes from Peugeot (5094 42 left 5094 43 right) are (or were) under £10 (cheaper than ebay) last time I got some but the only downside is they often come in twos so you end up with a spare set.
