Changing Rear Beam On 206

Yesterday I picked up a complete rear beam from the breakers for £150 and I've spent the day removing numerous bits from both the car and the replacement. It was relatively straight forward and only required a blowtorch to one brakeline. I am now at a point where I can put the replacement beam back on but I want to change the bushes if possible. Now it looks like they need a press to get them out. I dont really have the time to hacksaw them out so is it easiest to take it to a garage or hire some tool?

Due to time I might just leave the ones on there as they dont look too bad but it would be a shame as i've already bought the bushes

Can't you just burn the rubber out like with the front bushes on a 205 beam? then a bit of hammering to crack the metal sleeve and you're away...
