Identify Unplugged Cables And Cut Cables

Have gone to service the manky brown plug and found these two on my way can anyone help identify them

The second picture shows a now defunct service plug. I think it used to be used by pug dealers for measuring rpm or something. Don't worry about that one.

 

Not sure about the other though!

Yes, the bottom one (assuming it's the one you're holding up) connects to a flywheel sensor and doesn't do anything.

 

Any chance of a better pic of the top one? It rings a bell in my head but I can't quite think of what it does.

Its hard to tell from the picture of the top one. If it was a ring I would say its an earth. However it looks like there are two wires traveling up to the end of the insulation?

i havent got another pic at the moment but its got a green and blue wire inside the insulation

Could be the Horn?

 

All the connections for the lights have the plastic housing and yellow earth wires iirc.
