Electronics Help Required Please

After being let down by someone, I am looking for someone who can make me a small control box to fit to my ECU, comprising of a couple of potentiometers, three push button switches, and a d-type connector.

 

Electrically I could do it, but my soldering is not good enough to make off the connections to the d-type connector.

 

Anyone that can do this for me in exchange for cash money please PM. I guess someone either into electronics or computer build/repair would be able to help?

I have a circuit diagram and description.
