Average Age Of 205 Enthusiasts ?

I swapped my Aprilia RS50 moped for my first 205, F444AUX a red 1.9 gti. so i was 16 but im now 23+ :-)

I was speaking to my neighbour about the 205 yesterday as he thinks i'm silly for being outside most evenings and over the weekends tinkering with it.

 

Conversation turned to the original example vs modified resale. He commented that 205's sell to youngsters, and that older people aren't interested in them. Was suprised, concidering he is middle aged and there is a large following from people in that age group that started driving when they were released and may have fancied one at some point.
