Excess Air On Lambda System

My 205 has just failed an MOT on a lambda reading of 1.5. Is there anywhere I should look for air leaks? The engine has an MMG6 single point injector system :lol: and has been running lpg, which I removed.

Looks like it could have been the oil filler/breather at the block.
