Gti6 Starter Motors

Hi. Is the starter motor on a gti6 exclusive to that engine. number is D6ra661.

I need to buy one but would like to know if a starter from a different model will fit.

ive tried a search to no avail.

Std on all XU engine's bar the S16 lump, Recon one's are lucky dip as you may get a early 205 type one

The gti6 one is smaller and lighter than 205/405 ones.
