Peugeot Are Tight B&$+rds

Anybody have an account or discount with their peugeot parts supplier, my supplier won't budge on price even though I'm now spending quite alot with them! I've heard talk of 10% or more on here for forum members, any info would be good as i want to try and convince them to keep my custom or if not go somwhere that will help. What do you guys get and where?

try SEL Imperial in Doncaster (01302 304010) they'll do over the phone orders & payments & delivery can get all genuine peugeot parts and are cheaper than Peugeot even with they occasionally apply their 10% PSOOC discount!!!

 

If you do call the m tell them Matt (account number Matt004) recommended them

My local dealer gave me 15% off a £130 pound order a couple of weeks ago, I just politely asked if the could give me some discount.

 

Maybe they took pitty on me as most of the bits i ordered i needed to buy more then i needed (they wouldn't/couldn't split bags).

I have found that even after paying for postage it is still cheaper to use mail order than buy bits at my Local peugeot dealer

 

Maybe it has something to do with me working there many years ago

If it pentagon@derby, I have the same problem at Burton on Trent. Also have to pay upfrontfor 99% off stuff, wont split etc, Even priced up a rear beam and they wouldnt discount that either over £400.

Scary thing is now, when I place an order they know my name for the order!, and Donna(parts person at time) said once your my best customer- still no discount though :-(

Yup, seems like most don't want to discount. Don't get me wrong, i run a business and i understand that people need to make money but the mark up on alot of these parts is rediculous. That SEL place in Doncaster we're really helpfull and 15% cheaper!

Tell them your a member of PSOOC. 10% discount with that

Not always as the dealer's have nothing to do with Pug normally

But the discounts vary from Stock orders to next day and the type of part, Some you get allot and other's a few pence
